The active mud systems on these rigs can range from 15,000 to 25,000 barrels, which requires large amounts of chemicals additions on a daily basis.These large amounts of additions cannot be achieved by the old conventional way of cutting and emptying 50# and 100# sacks.
The Proline System was designed to achieve such volumes; by utilizing 50 cubic foot vinyl, reusable bags and a rack with options such as automated valves and load cells.
The waterproof bulk bags are an intricate part of the complete system.These bags are capable of being lifted by crane or forklift and are watertight and dust free.The empty bags collapse to 1/20 of their full volume size, which allows for compact shipping to the filling points of origin.
The system virtually eliminates the potential for lifting injuries by eliminating 50# or 100# bags.Dust inhalation is drastically reduced since the products are already bagged and do not need to be cut open and the contents dumped into a hopper.The products are packaged so that they use less deck space than conventional bagged materials.You will save money because our waterproof bags protect leftover material, keeping them ready for your next job.
